METAIRIE, La. Stephon Marbury Team USA Jersey . -- All-Pro tight end Jimmy Graham and the New Orleans Saints met Tuesday for arbitration on his contract. Graham filed a grievance through the players union. He contends he should be considered a wide receiver, not a tight end, when the team designated him with the 2014 franchise tag. The difference in salary would be more than $5 million. Arbitrator Stephen Burbank is conducting the meetings that also involve the NFL Players Association, the NFLs Management Council, and the Saints. No ruling is expected immediately. The Saints gave Graham the franchise tag for about $7 million as a tight end, the position he has been listed at for his entire four-year career. But he believes because he often is split out away from the tackle, he is a wide receiver. That franchise tag is worth about $12.3 million. According to an analysis by ESPN Stats and Information, Graham lined up split on 67 per cent of his snaps: 45 per cent of the time in the slot and 22 per cent out wide. But the Saints note that he made the All-Pro team and the Pro Bowl as a tight end and was drafted as a tight end. Such disputes are not frequent, but draw lots of attention because they can set a precedent. Baltimores Terrell Suggs, the 2011 Defensive Player of the Year, argued in 2008 that he should be tagged as an end, not a linebacker. The difference back then was about $800,000. Suggs wound up signing a new deal with the Ravens, then helped them win the 2012 NFL championship. James Harden Team USA Jersey . He doesnt want to sit out. He loves this game and figures if hes got something to give, hes going to give, teammate Wesley Matthews said. The Blazers surprised many on Saturday when the team announced on Twitter that Aldridge had decided to put off surgery and would play that night against Washington. He responded with a team-high 26 points and nine rebounds in a 103-96 win to snap a two-game losing streak. He was sore after the game but said he was OK.Ill just play until its intolerable. Tonight, I thought it was tolerable, he said. It was hurting a little but it wasnt too much. Ill just keep going until I feel like Im not playing as good as I can, or I cant take it.The 6-foot-11 power forward leads Portland with averages of 23.3 points and 10.2 rebounds. Hes one of just three NBA players averaging at least 23 points and 10 rebounds.Aldridge had said on Thursday that he needed surgery to repair a ligament in his left thumb and was expected to miss from six to eight weeks. He hurt his thumb when his hand came down on the knee of Sacramentos DeMarcus Cousins in the second quarter of the Blazers 98-95 victory on Monday night. You cant say enough, coach Terry Stotts said about Aldridges return. That was big time. Not only coming back and playing through the injury but then not favouring it, going hard, not shying away from contact, being aggressive on both ends of the court — I mean, thhat was big time. Kyle Lowry Raptors Jersey. .The injury looked like a big blow to the Blazers, who were already dealing with a depleted front line. Center Robin Lopez is out with a fractured right hand and centre Joel Freeland is sidelined with a strained right shoulder.Starting small forward Nicolas Batum left Thursday nights 90-89 loss at home to the Boston Celtics after he aggravated a right wrist injury that had been bothering him. Batum did not play against Washington.Going into Saturdays victory, Portland had lost five of six games.Aldridge said the close loss to the Celtics impacted his decision, and that his doctors told him there was no harm in giving it a shot. In the past two days hed been able to move his thumb, which also factored into the decision. My idea now is to play the rest of the season, he said. But if it gets too much where I cant handle it or Im not playing at a very good level then Ill stop. But hopefully it goes well for us.If he gets through the season, hell have the surgery in the off-season, he said.In his ninth NBA season, all with Portland, Aldridge recently moved into second on the franchise list for both points (11,782) and rebounds (5,095). He trails only Clyde Drexler with 18,050 points and 5,339 rebounds.Blazers guard Damian Lillard said he greeted Aldridge with applause when he came into the locker room after his return was announced.I cant even sit here and tell you how big it is just for him to be out there, Lillard said. Sixty per cent, 70 per cent LaMarcus Aldridge is better than no LaMarcus at all.The Blazers embark on a four-game road trip that starts Monday against the Nets. Cheap Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Authentic China Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys Cheap Jerseys ' ' '
NEWARK, N. Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic .J. -- The New Jersey Devils are so bad in shootouts, coach Pete DeBoer doesnt mind seeing his team take chances in the five-minute overtime. It got them a much-needed win Thursday night against the Minnesota Wild after they blew a two-goal, third-period lead. Defenceman Andy Greene scored from in close 2 minutes into the extra period and the Devils snapped a three-game losing streak with a 4-3 victory over the Wild in Zach Parises first game back in New Jersey against his former teammates. "Weve asked our D all year to create offence for us," said DeBoer, whose team has lost all eight shootouts this season and an NHL-record 12 straight dating to last season. "I think we have a little more urgency in overtime as a group because of our shootout record. There isnt any secret about that, so you get a little more aggressive." Adam Henrique and Patrik Elias each had three assists and combined to set up Greene. Elias carried the puck from his own zone into the Wild end and sent a pass through the crease that Henrique nudged toward goaltender Ilya Bryzgalov. Greene got the rebound and scored his second game-winner in overtime this season. Greene took a chance on the play. "I actually kick it out of the corner to start the rush and I thought about changing, but then I kind of saw we had a three-on-two," Greene said. "I supported it and the puck obviously squirted through their back door and I got some good lumber on it and put it home." Greene didnt care that the win wasnt pretty. "It doesnt matter at this point," he said. "As long as we get ourselves a chance to get two points in a game, who cares how it happens? Two points is two points." Despite the win, the Devils are five points out of the last playoff spot in the Eastern Conference with 12 games left in the regular season. "I liked how we played tonight," DeBoer said. "As long as we can stay fresh and energized and bring that game, theres no reason we cant keep winning." Michael Ryder, Mark Fayne and Jaromir Jagr also scored for New Jersey, which played with a lot more energy with their playoff hopes fading in the wake of the losing streak. Parise, Mikael Granlund and Matt Cooke tallied for the Wild, who have points in 17 of 21 games. The Wild, who have lost their last four games that have gone to overtime or a shootout, were limited to 10 shots in the first 40 minutes, but rallied from a 2-0 deficit in the third period to tie the game at 3-all on goals by Granlund and Cooke. Granlund closed the gap to 3-2, beating Cory Schneider with a bad-angle shot from low in the left circle midway through the period. Cooke tied the game with 4:32 to play, deflecting a slap shot by Marco Scandella 2 seconds after a penalty to Travis Zajac expired. Parise, who was booed every time he touched the puck, got the Wild on the scoreboard with a power-play goal when he deflected a shot by Ryan Suter 21 seconds into the third. "To come back in the third period down against these guys, down 2-0 and 3-1, and we were able to claw back and get a point. There is a little bit of a silver lining," Parise said. "Weve got to turn that corner and start winning some of these games that go into extra time." Ryder opened the scoring with 3:02 left in the first, snapping a 23-game goal drought by taking a pass from Elias and ripping a shot past Bryzgalov from between the circles. The Devils had a chance to add to their lead when Wild defenceman Nate Prosser was given a somewhat iffy five-minute major and a game misconduct for elbowing Devils forward Tim Sestito behind the Minnesota net. Minnesota, however, had a great chance to tie the game early in the major when Parise had a breakaway after defenceman Jon Merrill fell at the Wild blue line. Parise skated in alone but Schneider smothered his shot. Minnesota survived the power play, but New Jersey went up 2-0 midway through the second period on Faynes short-handed goal, which was set up by Henrique and Elias. Parises 24th goal of the season cut the deficit to 2-1, but Jagr got his 23rd of the season a little more than three minutes later on a power play. NOTES: The Devils dressed seven defencemen after making forwards Damien Brunner and Steve Bernier healthy scratches. ... TORONTO – Before his unlikely heroics on this night, James Reimer wondered whether he had played his final game in a Maple Leafs uniform. Under Armour Shoe Clearance Sale . And then he had an odd feeling as he left his home in the greater Toronto area on Thursday afternoon, a feeling that he was going to play that night against the Bruins – a game that Jonathan Bernier was to start. He told his wife April as much. “I didnt know why,” he said afterward. “Sometimes you just get those feelings.” His premonition proved on point. Reimer stepped in for the injured Bernier on Thursday night and helped the Leafs keep their slim playoff hopes alive with a 4-3 overtime win – their second straight against Boston. “He gave us a chance,” said head coach Randy Carlyle afterward. “And good for him. We needed that and he needed that. Its great.” It was the second time in less than a month that Reimer came to the rescue for the Leafs. Back in mid-March, he stepped in for Bernier at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and delivered a perfect 31-save performance in what seemed then to be a defining win. But he struggled mightily in the days that followed – .871 save percentage in five starts – a cloud of negativity building as the losses piled for both him and the team. Pulled 10 minutes into a Mar. 23 start in Jersey, his career as a Leaf appeared over. The former No. 1 had become the scapegoat what for ailed the sinking Leafs – his obvious struggles notwithstanding. “I was just focusing on playing the best I can for my teammates and trying to grind out a win,” he said of relief duty against Boston, stopping 10 of 11 shots. “Obviously those are thoughts that kind of go through your mind, but you cant be thinking about that when youve got Chara standing in front of you.” He hopped off the bench and into the net with less than 12 minutes left in the final frame and the Leafs up a goal at 3-2, another third period lead hanging on by a thread. Boston had a power-play too, Paul Ranger punished from shoving Patrice Bergeron into Bernier and thus injuring the 25-year-old netminder. Cold, save for a few stretches in front of the Toronto bench, Reimer jumped in and stopped all three Bruins shots with the man advantage. Bergeron, an infamous nemesis, snuck one by to knot the score at three, but from there Reimer held strong, keeping his teams playoff hopes alive until Nazem Kadri won it in overtime. “Hes the first guy that everyone seems to hop on when our team doesnt do so well,” Kadri said of finger-pointing in Reimers direction last month. “At that point when we were losing the team in front of him just couldnt bring it together and figure things out and obviously the goalies left out there to dry by himself. We felt bad. Now its about time we have his back and step up to the plate.” Cast aside countless times in his Toronto tenure, Reimer might have an opportunity to salvage some good and redeem himself in what are likely his final days as a Leaf. He may just be the guy – with Berniers status in question – the Leafs have to lean on one last time as they fight for playoff hopes that remain thin even after Thursdays timely win. Toronto remains a point back of Columbus – who also won Thursday and holds two games in hand – with just four games left. “Im going to try and go in there and just give the guys a chance,” he said. “Ive got belief in this team. I know weve got the passion and the desire to get it done. Were going to pull together and give it all we got.” Five Points 1. Biggest Goal Kadri played the fewest minutes of his season Thursday, but scored what was easily the biggest goal. The 23-year-old deposited a Cody Franson rebound beyond Bruins backup Chad Johnson. “That was unbelievable,” he said of his 19th marker this season. “Its probably one of the bigger goals of the year that weve scored. We needed it. That was a good Boston team that is relentless. We knew that coming in we werent safe with a one or two-goal lead; that we had to keep fighting to the end and thats exactly what happened.” Dropped to the fourth line against Boston, Kadri played alongside Jerry DAmigo and a rotating cast of wingers. He finished the night with 11 minutes and 40 seconds, given an opportunity on the power-play in overtime. “Obviously I dont control that sort of thing,” Kadri said of his ice-time, which has dipped over the past couple weeks. “Its out of my control and I just worry about trying to bring everything I can for the team every single day, no matter if Im on the first line or fourth line, it doesnt matter to me. Im going to still play my game and try and contribute as much as possible.” Carlyle explained Kadris decreasing opportunity prior to the game. “We felt that Nazzie wasnt moving his feet and he wasnt playing the north-south game, he was playing more of the same east-west game and he was getting caught a lot by back-side pressure,” Carlyle said. “Weve talked to him about it. Weve had discussions about it. Hes got to be stronger down-low.” 2. Injured Bernier, who missed the aforementioned five games in March with a groin injury, put no weight on his left leg as he was helped off the ice in front of a stunned ACC crowd. Labeled a lower-body injury – Carlyle wouldnt say if it was a re-aggravation of the groin issue – he was due to go for an MRI as soon as possible. Seeing his crease counterpart hunched on one knee in the crease, Reimer knew something was wrong and figured hed be going in. “I know what its like to get hurt and you kind of know the body language of a goalie,” Reimer said. “I tried to hop over the bench as soon as possible and start getting warmed up. Obviously youre hoping that hes going to be alright and that he can stay in there because he was doing a heck of a job for us, but obviously wasnt the case. I just tried to do my best and hopefully he can get back soon.” 3. Freeze Catchphrase It was déjà vu of sorts for the Leafs in the final period as the Bruins raced all the way back from a 3-1 lead, scoring twice on goals from Milan Lucic and Bergeron. Under siege for the better part of the frame – they were being outshot 10-1 at one point – Toronto was just hanging on for life – much like Game 7 last spring. Carlyle told his club – which has gone into “freeze mode” on many occasions – to breathe. “Thats been our catchphrase now because you cant do anything if you dont breathe. And thats whats happened to our hockey club is when were freezing were paralyzed,” he explained, before repeating what would seem to have been his advice. “‘Just breathe. Just breathe. Take it easy. Breathe. Well get through it. Do the things that youre accustomed to doing. Believe in the system. Commit to it and just breathe. Relax.” 4. Top Line Scorching in the opening months of 2014, Torontos top line had cooled considerably coming into Thursdays game, specifically their two top guns, Phil Kessel and James van Riemsdyk. Kessel had only four goals and 10 points in the previous 16 games, van Riemsdyk totaling five and eight in that same span. Both, along with Tyler Bozak, came alive against the Bruins. Kessel initiated a pair of goals from the line, firing a pass off the midsection of Bozak for the Leafs second goal and then finding van Riemsdyk in front of Johnson for the third marker. The latter was the 30th goal of the season for the 24-year-old van Riemsdyk, the first time hes hit that mark in the NHL. “Obviously it was a nice milestone,” he said afterward. As to whats ailed the Leafs top pair, fatigue might be one factor – along with the subsequent bumps and bruises. Both Kessel and van Riemsdyk actually saw their ice-time increase after their Olympic experience with Team USA to nearly 22 minutes per game in March. Carlyle, however, saw the struggles of the man advantage as one reason for their slowdown. “Obviously the power-play is a big part of their opportunity to give us more offence,” he said. “And I think the power-play has been up and down at times for us. Some nights we look real good on it and then some instances within the game it actually has taken energy away from us with our inability to execute on it and not even create scoring chances.” True enough. Empty on Thursday, van Riemsdyk has now gone 22 consecutive games without a single point on the power-play, his last goal coming all the way back on Jan. 30. Kessel has just one power-play point himself in the past 21 games and hasnt scored a power-play goal since Feb. 1. The duo remains 1-2 in team scoring this season. 5. Still Alive Of the Leafs still tepid playoff chances, Carlyle wouldnt jump too far ahead after back-to-back wins. “Were alive,” he said, “but theres a lot of things that have to go our way. All were going to focus on is what we can control and we can control our effort and our commitment to our team game and thats what were going to focus on.” Asked if his team needed to run the table in the remaining four games – opposite Winnipeg, Tampa, Florida and Ottawa – Carlyle responded, “I just worry about the next one.” And that next one comes Saturday against the Jets. Stats-Pack 30 – Goals for James van Riemsdyk this season, the first 30-goal campaign of his career. 11:40 – Ice-time for Nazem Kadri, his lowest of the season. 22 – Consecutive games without a power-play point for van Riemsdyk. 2-2-0 – Leafs record versus Boston this season. 20:29 – Ice-time for Troy Bodie, a career-high and the most of any Leaf Thursday save for Kessel. 79 – Points for Kessel this season, now third in league scoring. 10 – Stops for James Reimer in relief of Jonathan Bernier. 5 – Points in the past 13 games for Kadri, third in team scoring with 49 points. MONTMELO, Spain -- Mercedes teammates Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg sped away to their fourth straight one-two finish at the Spanish Grand Prix on Sunday in a dominant performance that does not bode well for the rest of the Formula One field. Felipe Anderson Jersey . Hamilton took off from pole position and stayed ahead of Rosberg -- despite the German closing to less than a second in a tense final lap -- to record a fourth consecutive victory and move ahead of his teammate in the overall standings. Hamiltons 100 points after five races put him three points ahead of Rosberg, who failed to find a way in front of his main rival for a fourth straight time after winning the season opener. His 26th career win gave Hamilton one more than former world champions Niki Lauda, who now works for Mercedes, and Jim Clark. Hamilton set himself on course to add to his own title from 2008. He hadnt led the championship since June 2012 after winning the Canadian GP with McLaren. "This is our fourth one-two, its just unreal," Hamilton said after Rosberg helped douse him in champagne to celebrate his first victory at the Barcelona-Catalunya circuit. "Getting my first win here after trying for eight years, it is difficult to put into words my feeling. I have never had a car like this. I have never had a gap like this. I am grateful I was able to keep (Rosberg) behind me." Red Bulls Daniel Ricciardo finished third for his first career podium after coming close on three occasions this year. Four-time defending champion Sebastian Vettel had a flawless drive to move up from a 15th-place start to finish fourth, with his Red Bull finally not having any problems following two days of it stalling in practice and qualifying. Valtteri Bottas of Williams was fifth, followed by struggling Ferrari duo Fernando Alonso and Kimi Raikkonen in sixth and seventh. Lotus Romain Grosjean and Force India pari Sergio Perez and Nico Hulkenberg rounded out the points. McLaren made no progress with Jenson Button and Kevin Magnussen coming in 11th and 12th. Not even a three-week break for their rivals to improve their cars prevented Mercedes from earning its fifth win in as many events this year in a disheartening display for the other 10 teams. Ricciardo ended up more than 48 seconds slower than Rosberg. Alonso was left in a distant third place in the standings with 49 points, followed by Vettel with 45. Mercedes increased its lead in the constructors championship race to 197 points. Red Bull is second with 84 points, with Ferrari trailing in third with 66. After executing a clean start, the Silver Arrows focused on protecting their tires and preparing a final fight at the end of the race to decide which driver would to settle with being runner-up. The two opted for different pit stop strategies, with Hamilton pitting first to change to a faster pair of medium tries before Rosberg went in to get a second set of slower, but more resistant, hard tires. It appeared Rosbergs tactics to then finish on his set of faster tires was going to pay off as Hamiltons advantage evaporated, but Hamilton kept his nerves in check and his vehicle in front until the 66th and final lap. Hamilton led all of the way, but he asked his team for help on several occasions -- as well as complaining about the tire strategy -- after never being able to shake Rosberg. And although this race didnt see any close calls between the drivers, as happened in Bahrain earlier this season, they were close right down to the last turn as Hamilton crossed 0.6 seconds ahead of Rosberg. "I think if I had had one more lap I could have given it a go," Rosberg said. "I could have gone for a kamikaze move, but that wouldnt have made sense. I will try to get that little extra bit and edge him out next time." Only two cars didnt finish, Caterhams Kamui Kobayashi and Jean-Eric Vergne of Toro Rosso. Vergne retired during the 26th lap due to an exhaust problem. That brought an end to an error-plagued weekend for Vergne, who was penalized 10 places when his wheel flew off in Fridays practice. Earlier on Sunday, the vintage car that was supposed to ferry him through the pre-race drivers parade puttered to a stop, forcing Vergne to hitch a ride with Marussias Max Chilton and his chauffeur. Elias Brazil Jersey . -- Washington Redskins coach Jay Gruden is optimistic Robert Griffin III will return this season. Maicon Brazil Jersey . If it wasnt Arsenal fans outside of the Emirates last season it was his manager. "I would like to give him a punch!" said Roberto Mancini after Nasris performance against Newcastle last season. "Because a player like him should play like this always, always, every game. Maybe one game he cant play well, but thats it. "I cant understand why sometimes a player with his quality doesnt play like this every game." Nasri had been sensational that day in late March, as City won 4-0, but it was just his fourth start in the last three months and his manager was beyond frustrated with him. The Italian had already spoken out earlier in the month about Nasris prospects of starting games: "When I was a player I always took responsibility," said Mancini. "When I didnt play well, I said: Sorry I didnt play well and will do my best in the next game and it should be like this. I dont like players that never think its their fault." Mancini continued: "These players cant play with me because this is impossible. I want strong players that are upset with me when they dont play but, after that, show me on the pitch that they deserve to play. Samir knows this because I have spoken about this situation many times with him. He can do better because he has quality, technique and hes strong." Against Newcastle it appeared Nasri got the message. (photo: fourfourtwo.com - Click For Larger Image) Having not started four league games in a row all season, the Frenchman went on to be picked in Citys next seven Premier League games, shining in a win against Manchester United and scoring at Tottenham, before eventually finding his way into Mancinis starting XI for the FA Cup final at Wembley. Citys inconsistent performances in the final few months, highlighted by that loss to Wigan, meant any individual performances were off the radar, but Nasri definitely saved his best games in a City shirt for then. Perhaps, it was a coincidence that these came at a time when many of Citys games lacked importance, but upon reflection, it is also worth noting that Mancini, when fighting to save his job, turned to Nasri when he most needed him. It is similar to what has happened with France. Last Friday, Nasri started his first international game since Euro 2012, in a 6-0 friendly win over Australia, and finally started a key World Cup qualifier for the first time this campaign on Tuesday when France beat Finland in Paris. Both games showed just important Nasri is to his country. In a four band 4-2-3-1 system, Nasri offers French boss Didier Deschamps a number of key traits required to master a wide position inside the 3. Nasri, when he is committed and happy, can be a complete player, capable of dribbling past players, picking a pass into a tight space and even working back to help his right back in defence. Against Finland there was a moment in the first half when he picked the ball up in his own half, played it out wide to right back Mathieu Debuchy, ran alongside him, got the ball back, sprayed it cross field to left back Patrice Evra, ran into the central space ahead of the two central midfielders, played a one-two with Franck Ribery, the wide left player, and got the ball back on the edge of the area to play a ball in behind the defenders for striker Olivier Giroud to run on to. It was the perfect example of what is required of a player in that position, by getting the best out of teammatess by keeping an attack going at a good speed. Filipe Luis Brazil Jersey. . It is the same kind of form Nasri has shown this season for City, blossoming under new manager Manuel Pellegrini, who he admits has made a difference in his game. "I am more confident with this manager," Nasri said recently. "He has given me a lot of freedom. Im a guy who likes to have affection with the manager. I like a manager who likes to talk about whats good and wrong. "Im still young and learning. When you have a manager who will talk its always good for a player." It is clear Nasri is sensitive, something many inside the game, including Mancini, have no time for. Some will ask, how can a man be so sensitive when earning 150K pounds a week? He is only human, after all. Part of being a great leader is knowing what kind of players need an arm around their shoulder rather than a good shouting at. Where Mancini failed, Pellegrini seems to be succeeding. "I talk often with him because I know he can be a big player," said Pellegrini. "I dont talk about what happened in the past; but at this moment Nasri is playing very well. "He has great technical quality. He works the whole game a lot, not just the last 25 minutes. Hes a very creative and classy player." After coming on as a sub in Citys first three games this season, Nasri got his chance to shine for Pellegrini when David Silva got hurt earlier this season. Nasri was excellent in Citys 4-1 demolition of United, using width intelligently, to help overlaps with full backs, and knowing when to cut in to make a midfield three. (photo: fourfourtwo.com - Click For Larger Image) The last point is a crucial one for club, more than country and it was no surprise the most pass combinations in the Manchester derby came from Nasri to Yaya Toure. In a way to fit in Sergio Aguero and one of Edin Dzeko or Alvaro Negredo, City have adopted a 4-4-2 this season but have found themselves overrun in midfield on occasions, particularly when Silva has played. Cardiff and Hull benefited when they attacked through the middle in transitions targeting Toure and Fernandinho, with the Brazilian often being the lone man protecting the centre-backs. When Nasri came into the side, City - aside from five minutes of madness at Villa Park - looked more defensively solid. However, now that Silva is fit it appears the Spanish maestro is Pellegrinis first choice, but there is a tendency for Citys attacks to be more cautious and laboured when he is in the team. One thing that is clear, there doesnt appear a spot for both Nasri and Silva on the field from the start as the pair havent played more than 35 minutes together this season. Not long ago the thought of Nasri being preferred to Silva would have been ludicrous but the Frenchmans impressive form, combined with the issues around the teams shape and style with Silva in it, means there is a legitimate chance Nasri could make some significant starts for City very soon, particularly if he continues to improve. At 26, he remains young but not too young for comebacks. After all, he had to talk about one to the French press this very week. "I have stepped into line, I worked hard, accepted all the decisions to bring what I could bring. I know what it is to not be in the French team anymore. During my absence, I could think about it a lot." He was wearing a different shade of blue but it appears he had similar thoughts while sitting for his club also. Cheap Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Authentic China Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap JerseysWholesale Jerseys Cheap Jerseys ' ' '
NASHVILLE -- The Ottawa Senators got another big win with a solid team effort. Salomon Xt Wings 3 Soldes . Mika Zibanejad and Jason Spezza scored in the shootout to lead the Ottawa Senators to a 2-1 victory over Nashville on Saturday night. Kyle Turris scored in regulation for Ottawa, which has won five of its last six. Craig Anderson had 31 saves through overtime, and then stopped Craig Smith and David Legwand in the shootout. "I thought Craig was again, a very consistent goaltender," Ottawa coach Paul MacLean. "Were slowly starting to build some momentum. Tonight I thought was a good effort by the total team and the whole team found a way to win the game." Mike Fisher had the lone goal for Nashville, which has lost three of four. Marek Mazanec finished with 20 saves. "Weve had some difficult stretches where we absolutely deserved to get two points and havent been able to do it, but we come out and play hard every night," Nashville coach Barry Trotz said. "Thats something everyone in that room can hang their hat on." Nashville is now 0-5 in shootouts this season, with their shooters scoring just once in 18 tries. Turris scored the games first goal at 6:23 of the second period. Nashville defenceman Mattias Ekholm carried the puck behind his own net and reversed it off the end boards, but he did not have a teammate there, and the puck came to Turris on the right side. Turris then beat a surprised Mazanec with a wrist shot for his 12th goal of the season, giving him a point in four of his last five games. "I just tried to reverse it and it bounced right in front," Ekholm said. "I dont know if it hit him or the boards or something, but obviously bad play by me and I have to get better there." Fisher tied it with 3:01 left in the second period. With the teams skating 4-on-4, Ryan Ellis shot from above the left circle was blocked, but the puck came to Fisher just to the left of the Ottawa net where he snapped a shot past Anderson for his 12th of the season. Fisher played the first 675 games of his NHL career with the Senators before being traded to Nashville in February 2011. Anderson stopped Viktor Stalberg on a penalty shot with 8:17 left in the first period. Stalberg was awarded the attempt after having his feet taken out by Ottawas Joe Corvo on a breakaway just seconds after Stalberg finished serving a tripping penalty of his own. "You take the mind out of it, just read and react," Anderson said. "I wanted to make sure I didnt give him an easy shot." NOTES: Stalberg has not converted in three-career penalty-shot attempts. ... Niese pitched seven steady innings on a rainy Tuesday night and Daniel Murphy had three hits to lead New York to a 6-1 victory over the Phillies.CINCINNATI, Ohio -- A few smooth minutes on the field left Andy Dalton in a good mood. Dalton completed his only pass and led the Bengals to a touchdown in his only drive -- one that took four minutes to finish -- and the Cincinnati Bengals ended the preseason with a 27-10 victory over the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday night. The third-year quarterback wanted a crisp drive to finish the preseason. He got it. "We did what we wanted to do," Dalton said of the seven-play drive. "We drove down and scored -- had some good runs mixed in there and some conversions on passes. We did what we wanted the first offence to do." Cincinnati (3-1) has a few decisions left before starting the season, none bigger than picking Daltons backup. Josh Johnson followed Dalton for the second straight game and had a solid showing. He led the Bengals to a touchdown and a field goal in three possessions before halftime. Johnson scrambled twice for 38 yards on a touchdown drive that culminated in his 3-yard pass to Marvin Jones, showing his main advantage over John Skelton in the competition for the backup job. Overall, Johnson was 7 of 13 for 67 yards with three sacks. "I feel good," Johnson said. "I feel Ive improved weekly on everything Ive been asked to do and weve been able to get results on the field. Weve been able to put scoring drives together, finish drives. "But you never know. All you can do is put your best foot forward." Skelton, who was behind from the start of the competition to replace Bruce Gradkowski because hed never run a West Coast offence, played the second half and was 6 of 10 for 99 yards with one touchdown drive. The Bengals played most of their starters on offence and defence for one series only. Daltons brief appearance ended in Giovani Bernards 1-yard touchdown run. The Coltts (2-2) rested most of their starters, including quarterback Andrew Luck. Salomon Speedcross 3 Cs Rouge. . He and Dalton joked with each other on the field before the game. "One of the goals is to come out as healthy as you can and we did," coach Chuck Pagano said. Matt Hasselbeck started for Indianapolis and led a 12-play drive against most of the Bengals starters. Adam Vinatieri kicked a 43-yard field goal to complete it. Hasselbeck played two series and went 5 of 9 for 49 yards. Vinatieri also was wide left on a 52-yard attempt. Indianapolis starting defence hadnt allowed a touchdown the past two games. With the play-it-safe approach on Thursday, the results were less pleasing. "We didnt play very well at all," linebacker Pat Angerer said. "But well play better." The Bengals starters moved the ball easily against a Colts defence of mostly backups during their one series on the field. All-Pro receiver A.J. Green, who missed the first three weeks of camp with a bruised knee, played the series and drew an interference penalty from Josh Gordy in the end zone, setting up Giovani Bernards 1-yard run. Receiver Brandon Tate made more of an impact as a kick returner. Tates 51-yard kickoff return set up the touchdown. Tate also had a 75-yard punt return for a touchdown in the previous preseason game at Dallas. Both teams had reserves get hurt. Colts inside linebacker Kavell Conner and offensive tackle Emmett Cleary were treated for ankle injuries but returned. Receiver David Reed left with a concussion. Cornerback Daxton Swanson pulled a hamstring and didnt return. Bengals linebacker Emmanuel Lamur dislocated his right shoulder in the first quarter and was taken off the field on a cart. Guard Mike Pollak suffered a knee injury, but coach Marvin Lewis said it wasnt serious. Cheap Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Authentic China Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys Cheap Jerseys ' ' '
OAKLAND, Calif. Cheap NFL Jerseys . -- Jeff Samardzija has waited for another chance to pitch in the playoffs, and he is enjoying every part of being in a pennant race again. Hes doing his part to extend Oaklands season into October, too. Samardzija tossed seven strong innings and received some rare run support, and the Athletics kept hold of the top AL wild-card spot by beating the AL West champion Los Angeles Angels 8-4 Monday night. The As moved one game ahead of Kansas City for the first wild card. "This last months been fun for me. Its a new situation for me, and something Ive been asking for for a long time," Samardzija said. "I got in this situation and I want to take advantage of it. Opportunities arent guaranteed and they dont come around too often, so you dont want to waste them." Geovany Soto hit a two-run single to highlight a six-run first inning as the As chased C.J. Wilson after just two outs for the second-shortest start of his career. Stephen Vogt added a two-run single in the seventh. Albert Pujols hit a three-run homer in the eighth for Los Angeles, giving him 1,602 RBIs for 33rd on the career list. Samardzija (5-5) beat the Angels for the first time in three career starts and won for the first time in five starts since a victory at Houston on Aug. 25. Samardzija struck out three and didnt walk a batter while working at least seven innings for the sixth straight start. "Hes been terrific, and really emotional," Oakland manager Bob Melvin said. "You get that kind of lift when you play behind him knowing hes so into it." When Samardzija has pitched this year, his teams -- the Cubs and As -- have been shut out six times and held to one run or fewer 10 times. The early run support sure helped this time. Some snazzy defence, too. Josh Donaldson stopped a sharp grounder by Chris Iannetta that flipped up off his glove, and the All-Star third baseman made a barehanded catch and threw to first to end the seventh. Samardzija walked off shaking his head in disbelief. "I think he was bored and wanted to make things interesting," Samardzija said. Los Angeles manager Mike Scioscia made it clear before the game that he wants his team to treat the remaining games with the same urgency even though the Angels clinched their first division title since 2009 last week. "I think its important to play and keep your edge," he said. "Naturally, these games have bearing on all the teams." Among his four free passes, Wilson (13-10) allowed bases-loaded walks to Derek Norris and Nate Freiman in the first that put the As ahead. Soto then singled up the middle to make it 4-1. "If youre missing your spots all over the place, its a mechanical thing," Wilson said. Before Sotos single, Oakland was hitless in 18 plate appearances with the bases loaded since Sept. 9. Wilson, the first of three straight southpaws scheduled to start in this series, had his three-start winning streak snapped. His only shorter start was one-third of an inning on May 11, 2012, at Texas. "Thats a rough one for C.J.," Scioscia said. "Weve looked at C.J. from every angle possible. Hes prepared, he knows what hes trying to do, he has terrific stuff. At times it works and hes on top of the game. Sometimes the games on top of him and we saw that tonight." Oakland scored eight or more runs in consecutive games for the first time since July 23-24 against Houston. The As hold a 9-8 lead in the season series, dropping the Angels to 1-6 at the Coliseum. TRAINERS ROOM Angels: OF Josh Hamilton hit off a tee as he tries to work his way back from pain in his upper body that sidelined him for the 17th time in 18 games. ... 2B Howie Kendrick was rested as a precaution a day after he was pulled late in the game with minor tightness in his hamstring. ... RHP Matt Shoemaker, making progress in his recovery from a strained left oblique, played light catch and is still giving Scioscia enough "encouraging" signs that he could make the post-season roster. Athletics: SS Jed Lowrie, who left Sundays game after four innings with a bruised left foot, and C Derek Norris (shoulder) returned to the lineup, though Norris was the DH after requiring an injection. UP NEXT Angels: LHP Wade LeBlanc (0-1, 5.24 ERA) makes his third start and 10th appearance, carrying a scoreless stretch of 10 1-3 innings over his last five outings. LeBlanc has faced the As twice in relief this year. Athletics: RHP Sonny Gray (13-9, 3.28) looks to snap a five-start winless stretch with what would be just his second victory in 11 starts since a 5-0 July that earned him AL pitcher of the month honours. Wholesale NFL China Jerseys . But it isnt. That has been done, many times, including by myself in January. For similar reasons I had a year ago, I believe Ronaldo should win it this year, but a year is a long time in sport and, although my opinion on who should win it hasnt changed, my opinion on the award certainly has.Cleveland, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - There were plenty of money signs flashed in Sundays game between the Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Browns. Not one was made by the player associated with the gesture, Johnny Manziel. The Cleveland rookie quarterbacks first career NFL start was a dud as the Browns were shut out 30-0 by the AFC North-leading Bengals. Jeremy Hill had 148 yards and two touchdowns on 25 carries and Giovani Bernard amassed 79 yards on the ground for the Bengals (9-4-1), who produced points on each of their first four drives and remain a half-game ahead of Baltimore and Pittsburgh in the division standings. Were still in control of everything, said Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton. We got to understand that. We know these next two (games) are gonna be big. Dalton completed 14-of-24 passes for 117 yards with one interception for Cincinnati, which won its fourth straight road game to tie a club record for the most consecutive wins away from home within a season. The Browns (7-7), in an effort to keep their fading playoff hopes alive, switched from Brian Hoyer to Manziel to spark the offense. However, the quarterback change didnt have the impact coach Mike Pettine was hoping on Sunday. Manziel was 10-of-18 for 80 yards with two first-half interceptions. A handful of Cincinnati players flashed the former Heisman Trophy winners signature money sign to the FirstEnergy Stadium crowd. Nobody wants to win (in the locker room) more than I do, and its tough to come out there and lay an egg like that, Manziel saidd. NFL Jerseys From China. Im not using the rookie excuse. I needed to play better. Cleveland, which has lost three in a row, totaled only 107 yards on offense and had six three-and-outs. Cincinnati scored a touchdown on the games opening drive after being held to three points and 165 yards by Cleveland on Nov. 6. Dalton, who had a passer rating of 2.0 in the home loss to the Browns, hit A.J. Green on a slant to convert a 4th-and-4 from the Cleveland 32 on a 14-play series that ended with 2-yard touchdown run by Hill. There was also a rouging-the-passer penalty called on linebacker Barkevious Mingo on a third-down incompletion that extended the drive. The Bengals went on to build a 20-0 halftime lead. Mike Nugent bookended a 16-yard touchdown run by Hill with a pair of 44-yard field goals. Cleveland was in field goal range late in the second quarter, but Manziel was picked off in the end zone by Adam Jones. In the third quarter, Dalton kept it on a 4th-and-1, then completed a 13- yard pass to Bernard on 3rd-and-8 before the drive stalled. Nugent connected from 34 yards to make it 23-0. Rex Burkhead ran for a 10-yard touchdown with 23 seconds left in the game for Cincinnatis final score. Game Notes Manziel is Clevelands 21st starting quarterback since 1999 ... Cleveland defensive backs Joe Haden (shoulder) and Justin Gilbert (head) both left the game and did not return ... The Browns had just five first downs ... Green was targeted 11 times, but caught only five passes for 49 yards. Cheap Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Authentic China Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys Wholesale Jerseys Cheap Jerseys ' ' '
TORONTO -- Injured Toronto Blue Jays right-hander Brandon Morrow doesnt have a timeline in place for his return to the lineup. Salomon Speedcross 3 Cs . Hes just happy to have his uniform on and be back with teammates after a long stint away from the club while rehabilitating a finger injury. Morrow returned to Rogers Centre on Tuesday and made 25 throws from 60 feet before the team took batting practice. It was the latest step in his recovery after suffering a torn tendon sheath in his throwing hand on May 2. "Its not 100 per cent but its not painful," Morrow said. "Its just kind of stiff from not really using it for six weeks. It actually feels better after I throw. It loosens it up and the range of motion gets better. "So its been great. Throwing has been good for the last week." Morrow had been rehabilitating in Arizona, spending up to two hours a day doing grip exercises to slowly strengthen his index finger. "Theres a lot of pinching and a lot of Play-Doh squeezing," he said. "Thats it really." Over the weekend, he took another step and started throwing from 45 feet. While the sessions would barely get his shoulder warm, Morrow understands its all part of the slow, long process of regaining strength and mobility. "It can heal back and thats what were hoping for," he said. "If there was no chance of it doing that, then I would have just had surgery that first week. But theres obviously a good chance of rehabbing it naturally I guess, and avoiding surgery and being healthy and getting it back to where I need it to be." Morrow, whos 1-2 with a 5.93 earned-run average this season, had his finger completely immobilized for two weeks after the injury. He couldnt lift upper-body weights for about four weeks until he felt comfortable gripping things again. Morrow wore a custom brace on his finger while throwing Tuesday. "Theres no doubt that if (his recovery) continues the way it has been that Ill pitch again this year," he said. "I cant put a date on it. They just put together a calendar for me, which I havent even seen. This is my fifth day throwing so its too early to say." The 29-year-old native of Santa Rosa, Calif., was tabbed to be a key part of the Toronto rotation this season. His potential return could give the first-place Blue Jays a nice boost for the stretch drive. "Thats what Im looking to do is to come in at a really crucial point in the season and be able to pitch the way that I have in the past and contribute and add something to the team," Morrow said. There were hugs and handshakes all around Tuesday afternoon as he caught up with teammates in the clubhouse and dugout before Tuesday nights game against the New York Yankees. "I think it was for my own sanity to come back," Morrow joked. "But yeah, Im to the point where I dont need the hand therapy three times a week anymore, where the rehab is more now throwing and getting back into a regular baseball throwing program routine. "It makes sense to make that transition from doing the small stuff to more of the baseball stuff. So it makes sense to come back." Salomon Xt Wings 3 Pas Cher . -- Drew Smyly could finally relax on the mound Monday. Salomon XT Hornet . New England (5-3-2) extended its unbeaten run to five matches (4-0-1), and snapped a four-match winless slide against Seattle. The Sounders (7-3-1) had their six-match (5-0-1) unbeaten run ended and the MLS No. 1 ranked offence was shut out for the first time this season. Fagundez scored his first two goals of the season in the 29th and 41st minutes for the Revolution. Rookie Patrick Mullins, making just his third appearance, scored his second goal in as many matches to put New England ahead in the 14th minute. Teal Bunbury banged in a rebound of his own shot off the left wing in the 36th minute for New Englands third goal. And his drive off the right wing in the 46th minute was deflected off Seatttle defender Chad Marshall for an own goal -- the Revolutions fifth of the match. Soldes Chaussures Salomon Randonnée. New England goalie Bobby Shuttleworth, who has allowed just two goals during the five-match unbeaten run, posted his fourth shutout. With only hours until the 2014 NFL Draft, check out the latest trade-related reports and speculation from around the league as the rumour mill hits a fever pitch. Mark McGwire Athletics Jersey . And follow TSN.ca right throughout today for updates. Adding an Arm? Tom Curran of Comcast Sportsnet reports that a trade sending New England Patriots quaterback Ryan Mallett to the Houston Texans may soon be a done deal. The Texans are in need of a quarterback and head coach Bill OBrien was the Patriots offensive coordinator when the team selected Mallett in the third round of the 2011 NFL draft. Mallett has never started an NFL game. Price Drop? On Wednesday, FOX Sports Jay Glazer reported that the Houston Texans were asking for a major package to part with the first-overall pick. “The Houston Texans said, ‘If you want our pick, its three number ones and a two,” said Glazer. “When RG3 was traded, thats what they got. . . . But, no. No ones giving up three number ones and a two.” Today comes word that the Texans may be lowering their asking price. The Houston Chronicles John McClain reports that a third first-rounder is no longer part of the package the Texans want. McClain says that the Texans will accept a swap of 2014 firsts, a second and third-round pick in 2014, as well as a first in 2015 for this years top pick. Update: 2:45 - ESPNs Adam Schefter says the Texans will stand pat and keep the first overall selection. Footing the Bill? Pro Football Talks Mike Florio believes that the Buffalo Bills could be looking to make a big splash and grab one of the top two picks. Currently sitting with the ninth pick, the Bills could be dreaming of slotting South Carolinas Jadeveon Clowney into their already impressive 4-3 defence, alongside Mario Williams, Kyle Williams and Marcell Dareus. Florio reports that Auburn OT Greg Robinson could also be of interest to the Bills. Wide receiver Stevie Johnson could also be on the move. The NFL Networks Albert Breer says that the veteran wide receiver could be dealt at some point this weekend. Johnson, who has three years remaining on a five-year deal, is the teams top receiver and wont likely be moved unless the Bills were to draft a receiver like Clemsons Sammy Watkins or Texas A&Ms Mike Evans. Neither is expected to be available at the nine-slot. Dear John The player with the biggest buzz surrounding him in New York City is 2012 Heisman Trophy-winning Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel, but the question seems to be about where Manziel wont go rather than where he will. Sports Illustrateds Don Banks reports that Manziels family isnt keen on the quarterback being drafted by the Texans. The Manziels reportedly dont want their son in Houston to propogate his "Johnny Football" persona from his university days, one of putting partying ahead of training. Banks is unsure if the Manziels preference extends out of Houston to Texas as a whole because the Dallas Cowboys, owners of the 16th pick, are interested in the quarterback according to ESPNs Todd McShay. Manziels agent, Erik Burkhardt, denied a report that his client didnt want to play for the Jacksonville Jaguars, who hold the third-overall pick, telling Florio that its simply not true. Dennis Eckersley Jersey .
