How to turn ON error logs in Skype for business?>>

Start from the Skype for Business main window; click Options > General>>

From the General tab > Help your support team help you > Logging in Skype for Business > Click on the drop down arrow and select the error logs as>>

·         Off - Will keep no records of logs>>

·         Light - Will keep the default summery and collect information about particular errors, whenever needed>>

·         Full – Will keep a complete log records that contains detailed information>>
