Slimdera Garcinia  there hi I did some kale with that so so there are ways to do it but I wouldn't worry about it I mean people lose weight just eating potatoes I mean I don't recommend that I mean especially because a lot of times people do that eating sauces with sugar in it and adding salt to it they'd be better off doing you know vegetables with that they'd lower the caloric density but what vegetables do it  calories a pound and lower the overall caloric density of your meal but at this stage of the game when you have this much weight to lose it's not going to be that big of a deal that you're eating out of order it's long as you're getting the
