Jacked Testo but you just do walk out some heavier weight sometimes you can just walk out with the weight hold it onto your back and then put it back and do this sometimes that will actually help you be able to learn how to hold on to have your poundage --iz and be able to squat with them so that's a good tip right doing full nothing but full range is not necessarily the best way to gain strength just so you know okay all right well I think I'm gonna end this I got to go down to the beach I gotta get some stuff done and I got
