training with 'ON' - 'LOADS' where is 'forced' to each muscle chain and each
individual muscle to perform the same dynamic articulate, but this time with a
'ballast' as heavy as possible to run a specific number of repetitions. That
difference is what makes the sport disciplines that deal my mega size with weights on
something so different and unique .... and also, at the same time, the
difference in equal measure forces the body to become stronger and larger to face
